Mission 12: Brian Dowling Elmira, New York (KELM) to Portland, ME (KPWM)

Brian is a Coast Guard veteran who heard about Flights of Gratitude from Mission 11 veteran, Michael D'Amico.

Brian completed substance abuse rehab at the Veterans' Affairs clinic in Bath, NY and is now back in the New England area to help other veterans.

It's great when veterans are helping other veterans! We know Brian will do great things in the future.
